What began as a drive to innovate has evolved into AmpereTwin. Our journey is defined by a commitment to excellence and a vision for the future of connectivity. Through every project—from the LEO Nexus Hub to our Global HQ—we focus on staying true to our core values: building space for thoughtful, lasting impact and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Regulatory Compliance Update

Strategic Alignment: FERC Order 888 & 2026 PJM Interconnection Reform

The LEO Nexus Hub (Leon Hub) is strategically positioned to leverage the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 888 mandate for non-discriminatory open access to the transmission grid. Our master plan is synchronized with the PJM Interconnection 2026 Reform Schedule to ensure rapid deployment and grid reliability.

Key 2026 Milestones & Compliance:

  • PJM Cycle No. 1 Deadline (April 27, 2026): We are aligning our technical data and site control documentation for submission into PJM’s inaugural "Cluster" application window.

  • Co-Located Load Optimization: Utilizing the January 2026 FERC rulings, the Leon Hub employs a "Co-Located Load Arrangement." This allows for Interconnection Below Nameplate Capacity, reducing grid impact and accelerating interconnection timelines by serving internal load "behind-the-meter."

  • Expedited Interconnection Track (EIT): We are targeting PJM’s 10-month "Fast Track" for shovel-ready, state-supported generation resources to address the urgent regional need for capacity.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service: The AmpereTwin model integrates the latest 2026 Surplus Interconnection standards, allowing our projects to utilize existing grid headroom for maximum efficiency and lower cost-allocation.

Under the leadership of Leon Palmer Robinson III and the Gemini AI partnership, we are ensuring the LEO Nexus Hub is a "Phase 1" priority for the North American energy transition.
